Mobile Home Repair & Construction Technician

Overview

Integrity Leveling is seeking a skilled and reliable technician with experience in mobile home, modular, or residential construction. This role involves a wide range of hands-on tasks, including leveling, repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, skirting, and general construction.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs to walls, flooring, foundations, and structural components
Complete plumbing work such as leak repairs, drain rebuilds, and fixture installations
Handle small electrical tasks, including outlet and light fixture replacements
Install and repair siding, skirting, drywall, and trim
Perform foundation leveling and under-home structural repairs
Complete framing and interior carpentry work as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Communicate professionally with residents and management

Qualifications

Experience in mobile home, modular, or residential construction
Ability to perform work across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
Personal transportation and basic tools
Physical ability to lift, crawl, climb, and work outdoors
Valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic
